Vic Lake upon receiving his Honours Degree in Architecture from the University of New South Wales gained valuable experience working with both John Andrews International & Allen Jack & Cottier two of Sydney’s leading architectural practices.

Whilst at AJC under the direction of Keith Cottier & Peter Stronach, Vic headed up several major projects such as the 1988 Bicentennial Upgrade of the Circular Quay Ferry Wharves in Sydney, the Australian Institute of Sports (AIS) Administration & Residential Complex in Canberra & the Domain Chandon Winery in Victoria.

In 1988 Vic was selected as a finalist in the NSW Chapter of the Australian Institute of Architects Residential Awards for a cottage that he designed and built on the hillside at Coasters Retreat in Palm Beach NSW.

Following strong demand for his work Vic established his own architectural and construction company in 1993 focusing on boutique residential projects in the eastern suburbs, middle harbour and the northern beaches of Sydney.

In 1996 Vic teamed up with Michael Bezzina a young property developer and together they transformed the beachside suburb of Cronulla with award winning residential developments such as TIANA, MIA, LANI & TARA which became synonymous with the new wave of well-designed hand crafted lifestyle apartments.

Armed with experience, passion and dedication, Vic continually resets the benchmark for lifestyle apartment with celebrated projects such as the JADE beachfront apartments on the Gold Coast & the SIENNA harbour side apartments at Point Piper.
